From August 01, 2011 new organizational structures of the executive apparatus and management bodies of the branches of IDGC of the North-West were implemented in order to improve the process of corporate governance of JSC IDC Holding (from April 04, 2013 JSC Russian Grids) by subsidiaries and affiliates and the process of management, unification and optimization of organizational and functional structures of the Company.

From July 01, 2008 to June 30, 2012 (inclusive) Alexander Kukhmai was Director General of the Company. Since July 01, 2012 Sergey Titov has been Director General of JSC IDGC of the North-West.

In 2013 IDGC of the North-West continued its work as a part of JSC Russian Grids (Russian Grids) created under the Order of the President of the RF (Russian Federation) in November 2012.

The market share controlled by the Company has not changed substantially for the last three years and in general for the service area equals to 73%, taking into account electric power transmitted through the grids of TGOs (territorial grid organizations) being recipients of payment.

As of December 31, 2012 the authorized capital of the Company is RUB9.5786 billion, 55.38% shares of JSC IDGC of the North-West are owned by JSC Russian Grids.
