As any other organization, IDGC of the North-West is a part of the society in which it performs its activities. The quality of life of the population, industrial development and fulfillment by the government of its obligations to regions directly depend on a reliable work of the distribution electric grid complex. A major part of the service area is in unfavorable climatic conditions in which uninterrupted electric power transportation and distribution guarantee the well-being of inhabitants.

The state sets reasonably high requirements to our work. It determines the key goal of our operation as a long-term assurance of reliable, high-quality, affordable energy supply in the entire territory of the relevant region at the stage of electric power distribution by organizing the most effective infrastructure. Corporate social responsibility and sustainable development became our basic ideology in achievement of our goal.
